In a few simple steps, sync your Polar device with OpenAthlete.

Step 1

In your OpenAthlete account, go to settings and then to the Synchronization section.

Step 2

Select Polar from the connector list and authorize the connection with your Polar Flow account.

Step 3

Validate the requested permissions to allow automatic data synchronization.
